I don't like to either, until I understand what the problem is. In
this case, it's failing dependencies that probably shouldn't be
listed as dependencies. Maypole.pm only runs 5 tests anyway. Sure,
don't force blindly, but don't blindly enforce a force policy.
But yes, it'd be better if the install went smoothly.
