I'm using date formate with untaint. I have a minor annoyance I'm not
sure how to work around.
I want some of my date fields to be able to be empty or null. It works
fine sometimes, but If I create a person with a birthdate with a blank
the next time I go to edit that person the birthdate is 0000-00-00.
That's fine by me but not fine by untaint. When I go to save that person
it says that there's an error. If I clear out the birthdate field and
then save it is happy. However the next time I bring it up it's got the
0000-00-00 in it again and I have to go through it all over.
Does anyone have any ideas how to deal with this problem? Thanks.
