I say yes. It's a matter of making template_root an array instead of scalar.
Their maybe a need/desire to differentiate between library directories and
Maypole directories as maypole directories can have directories in them for
tables and maybe names could clash with libraries. Also, library_paths should/
need to go on the end so components can be overridden. Maybe two arrays --
template_root for maypole template paths and
library_template_root for others.

That way it'd be backward compatible, no one will know anything changed and
they will be happy to hear they have a place to set the paths to their favorite
libraries.
