like Joshua said Firefox has a excellent CSS implementation of the
W3C-Standards. What might cause the problems is the DTD you are using or
certain CSS hacks most of us designers use to make IE-only specific
changes and alike. Maybe you just have a typo somewhere that is causing
such a hack, for example the "* html div" hack and alike.
