Of course it does. There is nothing new under the sun in templating.

In general, the speed differences between systems are negligible at this
point, and most features are supported in one way or another on all the
major systems. Differences are syntax, the way data needs to arranged
when passed in, and whether or not it tries to handle the webserver
interaction (Mason does, TT does not).
