I am currently building a very big e-commerce platform for T-Systems
International with Maypole, unfortunately it's an internal system, so no
url.

It can definately be done, and if you get used to Maypole it should be
quite easy to do it. ;)

I hope that too, the current documentation constists mostly of articles
and tutorials, would be great if someone writes references...
I really would like to do it, but i have not that much time at the
moment and am non native english speaker...bad combination...
