On a related note, I filed a bug report on rt.cpan.org: #7304. RT seems to be
broken at the moment. The jist of the report was that Apache::MVC doesn't
support multiple values for a CGI parameter. I'd like to see the parameter
handling split out from parse_location(), to make it easier to customise.
There's a patch, but it's probably worth discussing further on the list when
you can see the ticket in RT.
